What: A 6-week workout class aimed to build climbing-related strength off the wall. Each session will focus on different parts of the body, with a few days of on-the-wall training mixed in. The hour will start with a group warm up, followed by different stations focusing on different muscle groups for about 3-40 minutes ending with a 5-10 minute warm down.
When: Wednesday mornings from 7:30-8:30 am at Petra Cliffs. The first session will run from February 5th to March 12th.
Who: Your Instructor will be Wyatt, a seasoned Petra Cliffs climbing instructor and fitness guide. You may have seen Wyatt’s Weekly Workout on the upstairs fitness area's whiteboards! You can read more about Wyatt here!
Cost: The first two sessions are FREE to Members with Codes _________1 and ________2. Each class after will be $8.
Non-members are welcome for $15 per visit.

What to Bring; Comfy clothes, your climbing shoes and chalk, or you can rent both for $6 and $2 respectively.
What Is Provided: Free weights, resistance bands, hang boards, yoga mats, and a patient and friendly instructor excited to get you moving and feeling good in your body!
